Enecoat Technologies is looking for immediate asset and next-generation personnel to expand its business.A venture company originating from Kyoto University, it is engaged in the development and research of ‘perovskite solar cells’, which are considered to be the mainstay of the next generation of solar cells.

  • Essential experience. Qualifications

    At least 3 years’ experience in a research and development role in industry or academia.
    Japanese level : Business level. As a reference by Nihongo Kentei, N3 minimum and N2 preferrable.

  • Experience advantageous to have.

    ・Experienced in perovskite solar cell research and development.
    ・Experienced in research and development of organic semiconductor and photovoltaic devices.
    ・Experienced process developers
    ・Familiar with painting and vacuum equipment
    ・Experienced in electronic device development
    ・Doctoral degree holders

    ・Car and motorbike commuting encouraged

  • Work style

    5 days a week (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, GW, year-end and New Year holidays, and all summer holidays).
    8-hour working day (based on 9.00 am – 6.00 pm with a 1-hour break).
